Mobile/Online – Multi Session Work Orders Enhancement
We have added additional functionality to our Work Order feature which now allows operators to start and complete a Work Order in multiple sessions. You now have the ability to pause the Work Order whenever needed, and then re-start it when you are ready. Each time you do this it will create a new session in the Work Order. It also gives operators the ability to have more than one operator join and work on a single Work Order. This functionality has been implemented in both online and mobile.

Mobile – Filter storage by crop/crop desc/crop variety should filter by all transaction values
When filtering bins by crop, description, variety, we have updated the UI to check each transaction value (crop, crop desc, crop variety) and show all bins with matched transactions.
Mobile – Implement swipe down to sync in Work Order screens
As part of the work order enhancements, swipe down to sync has been implemented in the work order list screen and the Summary screen in order to avoid going back to the Farm Master screen to perform sync.
Online – Advisor Maps to GIS
We have added additional functionality which allows Advisor’s to generate soil maps in Workbench, and send them over to GIS so the grower can view these maps as a layer.
Online – Adjust landmark screen to view individual landmarks
We have updated the UI under GIS>Landmarks to display each individual landmark on the map, as well as in a list on the right side of the page. Selecting the landmark on the map will highlight it on the list, and selecting the landmark on the list will highlight it on the map.
Online – Add ability to Retire and Un-Retire Guidance Lines
We have updated the UI under GIS>Guidance Lines which allows users to retire/unretire guidance lines in the software. We have also updated this page to check off “show retired” which will display all the guidance lines you have previously retired.
Online – Deleting a task assigned to work order doesn’t adjust work order status
We have updated the UI around Work Orders where if there is a task associated with the Work Order, and that task is deleted, it will set the Work Order back into a planned status.
Bug Fixes
Mobile – (iOS) – App asks for the save confirmation from user though nothing is changed in WO
If you went into a WO on mobile, and then backed out without changing anything, it would still come up with the save confirmation
Fix: This has been corrected and the save confirmation only pops up if changes are made in the WO
Mobile – (iOS) – No weather data on hourly weather when French is selected
When the language on your phone was set to French, the weather data would not display on the app
Fix: This has been corrected and the weather data displays as expected when using any language on your phone
Online – Error Trying to import nutrient zones from Lab Data labels and Forms
When trying to import nutrient zones from analytics>labels and forms, a 500 error was being thrown
Fix: This has been corrected and you can now successfully import nutrient zones from this page
Online – Clicking the Edit Boundary Returns a World Map
For a brief time, when you would try to edit a field boundary in field profiler, it would display a world map rather than zooming into the field location
Fix: This has been corrected and the edit boundary page will now zoom into the field as expected
Online – Tank Mixes – Cost Not Updating after Synching Work Orders
When creating a Work Order and syncing with the mobile app to review the work order, the cost did not update after syncing work orders
Fix: This has been corrected and the cost now updates as expected
Online – Errors when editing zones when browser is in French
When trying to edit a zone online and your browser language was set to French, you would receive an error message when trying to save any zone changes
Fix: This has been corrected and you can now edit zones successfully when the browser is in French
Online – Scouting Report with Missing Crop
When a scouting report was created outside of the “harvest year” for a field, the crop information was missing from the report
Fix: The scouting report will now pull crop information from the crop season you are currently in in the software
Mobile (Android and iOS) – Contract Transaction – Revise label “Net” to “Quantity Net” to match Web
Under the contracts features in the software, there was a mismatch in terminology between mobile and online. Online displays “quantity net” and mobile displayed “net”
Fix: This has been updated and both online and mobile now display it as “quantity net”
Mobile – (Android and iOS) – “Precipitation data” is displayed without comma in other language
When the language on your phone was set to Spanish or French, there was no period in the precipitation values. For example, 1.18 inches would display as 118 inches
Fix: This has been corrected, and the precipitation values now display correctly in any language on mobile
Mobile – (Android and iOS) – Weather UI issues
There were some slight inconsistencies in the field/farm weather UI between iOS and Android. The color theme was slightly off between the two, as well as the wind direction arrows being in a slightly different format
Fix: This has been corrected and the UI of the weather tiles is consistent in both Android and iOS
Online – Crash occurs in summary screen of WO report for the operation type that belongs to Other expense
When creating a Work Order with the operation type being one of the following (Other/irrigation/tillage/mechanical/Harvest) and then trying to email the report, the summary link would crash when trying to open up the report.
Fix: This has been corrected and you can now view the summary report as expected when using these operation types.
Online – Support Page coming up when you click the Work Order tab in the Work Order Report
When completing a Work Order and then emailing the report, you would receive the support page when clicking on the Work Order tab.
Fix: This has been corrected and you can now view the Work Order tab on the report without any issues.
Online – Liquid Rates Change To Zero When Creating RX – Field Manager
When creating a recommendation in Field Programmer, if you had a tank with liquid products, the rates for that tank would get marked as 0.
Fix: This has been corrected and you can now generate recommendations using liquid products and the rates appear as expected.
Online – Ferts Purchase on NH3 – Incorrect Rounding
It was reported that when entering a new purchase for any NH3 product, there was a slight rounding issue on the total quantity, which also caused the cost to be slightly off. For example a purchase of 138 tonnes was rounding to 137.999 tonnes.
Fix: This has been corrected and the purchases for NH3 products are working as expected.
Online – Inventory Cost Not Showing in Legacy Field Manager
It was reported that there were some inconsistencies in cost between the old and new field manager page for fertilizer applications. The applications would show on both old and new field manager, but the cost was missing on the old field manager.
Fix: This has been corrected and the costs are now consistent in both the old and the new field manager.
Online/Mobile – Work Order status is not displayed as In Progress in web when a WO is started and paused and then synced
When a Work Order was started on mobile, then paused, and then synced to online, the Work Order would still show the status as planned online, but in progress on mobile. In this scenario the WO status should show as in progress in both mobile and online.
Fix: This has been corrected and when the Work Order is started, paused, and then synced, it displays as in progress on mobile and online.
